Salad Days

It’s a good job we like salads because we’ve a mountain of allotment lettuce to get through. This lot will do for two dinners, today’s choice being an egg and sausage salad. No bacon bits.
Apart from washing lettuce it’s fair to say I’ve done nothing today apart from reading and watching some telly. The Beeb has lots of Glastonbury live and on catch-up - today’s highlight for me was Peter Capaldi singing with Franz Ferdinand. Classic!
