Roll With It

Old & New

Despite still feeling as though I’d run back-to-back marathons Mrs S persuaded me that a decent breakfast in the fresh air would do me good so we headed to the Cafe On The Quay in Penryn for breakfast looking out down the river.
Great meal, fresh air and great view, I saw an early morning gig crew out training.
We ran a few errands together, Paddy’s treats and a really quick run around the supermarket.

In the afternoon Richard, he of Friday Coffee, followed me out to Chacewater to drop off the Polo with what I suspect is a failing nearside wheel bearing.

The problem of abandoned boats on rivers and estuaries across Britain is something only now are we getting to grips with. Unsightly, environmental impact, cost to local authorities there is no upside.
