Marmalade sandwiches for breakfast

Jon took this photo of me and Paddington in St Andrew Square when we were on our way to the Edinburgh Coffee Morning today. I have wanted to take a photograph here for a while, but not with hundreds of other people swarming about. At 07:50, we had the bench to ourselves.

The rest of the day I exercised, caught up with Ali F in the pool and steam room, worked all afternoon on Mummy hazelh admin following up yesterday's nursing home visits, then went out for dinner at L'escargot bleu with Mr hazelh.

At bedtime a slight sore throat turned painful and I started to sneeze...

Exercise today: pilates class; short swim; walking.
