Traitors

See the traitors in my blip - only just spotted!

Took the bus to Poole in the morning. Walked to the Quay from the bus stop. Wanted to try the new (usually upmarket) Hall & Woodhouse pub which just opened (previously a Wetherspoon). Doesn't look madly different, and annoyingly doesn't have Aspall cider, which the much cheaper Wetherspoon does have.

So left disappointed and took the bus back into Bournemouth planning to go to Wetherspoon. Went to the bank first. Then passed the Botanist which has just opened. It's a fast growing chain, only went to look inside as the reviews at their other branches weren't amazing.

Well big mistake it was wonderful. A massive place, on the top floor of what was Debenhams, clearly a fortune spent on it. Lovely big outdoor area with far reaching views. Apparently busy day and evening. We needed a place like this.

And they had our favourite cider. So managed to persuade Mr B to stay. Was tempted by their spiced tofu kebab with Pitta bread £8:50, and ordered french fries for an extra £1.50. Was very good, the price too.

P.m. getting warmer and humid, but not unbearable. Looks like we have pretty warm weather for the next four days.
