Post And Bracket

A slow blip day…

We are currently travelling south (very slowly) on the M1, heading to Basingstoke for a couple of nights to visit my mum and my sister, and my brother has flown over from the States to join us. We collected our son, daughter and granddaughters on the way. Fridays are not great for motorway travel..today is no exception and we have hit traffic .. again. Off out for a big family meal on Saturday night - niece and nephew and partners coming too…should be a noisy affair!

I did get out for a short walk early on, not much to see..but I did like the textures on this old wooden post (presumably a gatepost) with rusty metal bracket.
