The fisherman
Damp........more like drizzle than rain but enough to keep me in the van. Time to catch up on a few things so it was time well spent.
Late morning I had spotted this chap along a little from my van and when I looked up a short time later, He was reeling in a very jumpy, splashy fish. Quick as I could I put on some shoes & socks and a jacket and got out just in time to see him land it. He was pretty proud of it - a five pounder he told me. Turns out he and I had crossed paths up at the Fishbowl a couple of days ago. I was happy to take a few pics of him with his catch - which was released - and have shared them with him.
The only other thing that happened today were a few domestics - dump station, fresh water fill-up then headed to the campground for another night. A chance for a full power-up (rainy days are no good for solar power production!), a long, hot shower, a load of washing and drying, and a relaxing evening. There's talk of the possibility of some snow falling down to 700m overnight........maybe even down to ground level. It's raining now so I'll wait and see what the morning brings.....
