Bramble

A coffee at the Ocean Marine Centre at Dunstaffnage, adjacent to the Scottish Association for Marine Science HQ. I’ve just walked around the nearby castle ( which was closed when I arrived here yesterday late afternoon). Whiling away the time before I board the boat. It’s definitely a day for waterproof clothing.

Today, our first day on the cruise, we travel from Dunstaffnage Marina up the Sound of Mull, mooring overnight in Loch Na Droma Buidhe. There we are well sheltered from today’s rough weather. The eight passengers and three crew also get to meet and get to know each other.
