Foxgloves

A damp day as I stepped outside this morning, so no surprise there.

I went to my Talking Therapies appointment and she could see a big upturn in my mood from the questionnaire I have to fill in before each visit.

This afternoon my aim was to get two signatures, after school hours, in a book I've created. It's going to be presented on Sunday and I'm wishing there was a good way I could make an entry in my journal for it. I suppose even just one double page shot will be a reminder to me of why I did it. That might be a Sunday blip!

Tonight I went to a meeting to hear how the use of our new village bus service had gone. I haven't yet had chance to use it myself.
