Upside Down
Gave Kitty a lift to school on my way home from Skipton, a treat for her as usually her mum has to drop her off much earlier so she get to the school she teaches at.
Ballet as usual, well not as usual because Ruby came to do the Silver Swans lesson so she could see what it entails for the older dancers.
My group were so welcoming to her and it was good to get her feedback that it was more difficult than she expected.
After class seven of us went to Moss and Moor for lunch to celebrate my birthday and l opened my cards and presents there.
This evening l’ve been to see the Verity perform at Northern School of Contemporary Dance where she has graduated from the CertHE level . She now goes on to do the BA there.
Was pleased to see this photograph of her in the programme. She is the one upside down doing some partner work. Tonight she was in a quartet, a whole cast and a solo dance.
What a fabulously talented cohort she is in , it was a privilege to see such emerging talent. So good l am going again tomorrow night to watch it again.
