Rain Battered

I am not sure 'still standing' is the right description as they are horizontal ... but not on the ground.

During the organising and cleaning in the garage this morning (Yes ... it is still on-going) I came across some wood that I think is about ready to be turned. I bought it years ago for next to nothing from an elderly chap who had given up turning and he said it had been in his garage for a number of years. One of the blocks has 'Nov 65' written on it which would tir in with the time scale of his and then my ownership. He had got it from a ship-builders yard and it had been bumming about there for years. I have no idea what the wood is - but it weighs a ton!.
