In the garden

Went to the gym this morning and did things that didn’t involve using my poorly arm. Couldn’t swim though because the outdoor pool was closed and the indoor one had a class going on.
In the afternoon I did some gardening with Teddy’s help, and we also saw Hannah, who will be looking after the cats when we are away. She seems very nice and knowledgeable about cats of all varieties.
Started off a sourdough loaf in the evening .
