A Wee Bit Too Busy

But it’s all great fun actually!

I missed posting yesterday since we had dinner with Dick’s sisters and brother-in-law. A most pleasant evening but it got late all too quickly and I hadn’t taken any photos.

At some point this afternoon I declared myself ready for my class tomorrow. Enough is enough! I’ll pack some snacks and tea and will head out around 7:30 am for campus. It’s literally 7 minutes from my house. It should be a fun day, and won’t be too hot. In fact the forecast is for clouds in the low 70’s F. Perfect for looking at plants outside!

Our camping trip is coming along - the piles are slowly organizing and the shopping and planning about done. My granddaughter is coming for a sleepover tomorrow night (crikey I’ll be exhausted!) and I’ve promised her that we’d go clothes shopping. She’s at a funny age, clothes-wise. At a mature 11 years old, she’s well past little girl clothes but not quite into, well, what is the next stage? Done with unicorns and ballerinas on her shirts. Where does one shop for tweens? I’ll let you know tomorrow!

I thought that this lantana, growing in my courtyard, looked so bright and cheerful this afternoon!
