A day in the life

One shot

Another superwindy day but not as cold as yesterday. So windy that the roof of my woodpile blew off in the afternoon. The roof is only two sheet metal roof plates, weighed down with six rather heavy rocks but the wind had no problems with that. The roof has been there for three years and some of the construction needed  strengthening, which I did. An hour later I'd reinforced the corners and the other places where the rocks lies so now it feels a lot more stable.

The whole morning went to arrange a Swedish song for my new guitar with the special Jacob Collier tuning, I haven't used it much yet, I have to grow into it and learn what kind of music I can use it for.

The one shot was of a Geranium I was given for my birthday, it seems to like it by the wall and is already flowering. I didn't have a white one before, nice to get some variation.

Johan B, the actor was holding a lecture at the Folk highschool about Greek mythology, how it has affected him as an actor and his way of looking at daily life, observing what goes on around him.
I met a few of my friends among the audience and was invited for a herring sandwich, some salad and a cup of tea. Unexpectedly good finish to this otherwise slow day
