Just a Monday. Nothing much happened and that is always a "win" on a Monday.

I got my Blip at the church cafe just as I was getting ready to resume my jobsworth duties after lunch. I was wondering what might await me.

It turned out to be "who" and not "what." The "who" was two Ukrainian women (mother and daughter) having problems with the wholly electronic visa application system they had been grappling with. 

They thought speaking to a real person might help. I did my best.
