What a beautiful day. It is still beautiful (19.25). 

Having missed out on my Parkrun yesterday, this morning I pretended it was Saturday and took myself over to Lochore Meadows to run the course on my own. Great decision. Loved it. 

My first Extra is one of the views from Kilometre 4 on the course, and perhaps it shows why I enjoy it so much when the sun shines. My second Extra is the cattle I was responsible for yesterday.
