Change

I was going to post the extra, and then turned around and saw the sunset. Much nicer.

Himself was a bit upset at something yesterday, which he's now shared and feels a bit better about. It needs to be sorted but it can wait a couple of days until we get home. On top of his elbow, his ongoing chest infection and the ongoing stress of the unexpected house guests residents it was all a bit much.

We had a quiet day, a bit cloudy but pleasant enough. I managed a few lengths, enough to get my heart rate above 50 bpm temporarily, but otherwise it was books and watching the dinghy's and yachts playing off the coast. There were some interesting wind shifts as they came into the marina; it was making me smile remembering those last minute 'do we really have to do a sail change now' moments.

Last full day tomorrow. Probably more of the same, which is exactly why we needed the break :-)
