Summer ain't over yet

Back to sunny Scarborough for the week. There's nothing like being away to make you appreciate what was previously on your doorstep as it were. We cycled into town, the kids excited by going to the sands, and the North Bay was full of people and their little beach encampments. Look one way and it's golden sands, look the other way and it was a colourful wall of wind breaks.
Yesterday was grey and drizzly, but it's good to find that our rather pleasant summer is still going strong.
