Rats!

Had to sleep with the curtains open wearing a surprisingly comfortable sleep mask to try and get a breath of air last night. Felt a lot more full of the cold and with very bad buzzing in my ears when I got up.

Took Phin out for his morning constitutional and tested when I got home. My blip was the result, so I’m sitting upstairs feeling a bit sore try for myself. I should have been at my choir’s summer fayre but obviously couldn’t go. My nose is running like a drain and I’m sneezing violently at regular intervals. Hope it passes quickly.
