Finally some colour

Stretch class first thing should have set me up for the day but I woke feeling a bit sneezy and warm. Still testing negative this morning but I’ve now got a scratchy throat so I will test again in the morning.

The temperatures have hovered around the 30 degree mark most of the day which made it good for drying the towels but made it very uncomfortable for poor Phin. He’s had two walks by the river today so he could alternate swimming and walking in the shady woods.
