By the sea, by the sea...

...by the beautiful sea.  What a perfect day to travel to the coast of Maine!  The Ogunquit Museum of American Art was hosting their annual Art in Bloom weekend to celebrate the summer solstice.  Rhonda and I so enjoyed the exhibits and also the amazing sculpture garden which is perched on the edge of cliff overlooking the ocean. (Interior views in the extra. I loved the Scottish unicorn!) We had a lovely lunch under the trees overlooking Perkin’s Cove at the famous Barnacle Billy's Restaurant afterwards. The coming days will see us under a heat dome with oppressive temperatures so no outdoor activities for me!  Happy Summer Solstice!
