I’ve taken it quietly today. I think I’ve been having a Histamine Intolerance reaction and am hoping it’s working its way through now. It was only added as a diagnosis in 2018 (from memory) so it’s still not well known in the medical community and elsewhere. I was very fortunate to have it diagnosed following my one and only Covid-19 vaccination.
