Transit Day

It is the first time we've used Jet2 for a.package holiday and I would definitely fly with them again.

Our hotel pickup window was 7.50-8.05  which gave me a 15 minute window for some breakfast.  We were sat.in reception just after 7 and I was quite surprised by the queue for breakfast by 7.30 and, prioritising food it was impossible to get and drink a coffee in the 20 minute window so I drank apple juice and ate pastry.  The transfer minibus arrived at 7.40 and we were at the next scheduled stop before ours was due.  

The early minibus and people who were either enjoying the last few minutes they could at the hotel or were disorganised meant that we had to wait for some time at the next 2 stops and then we were on our way.

5.minutes later one of the passengers stands up and declares he has left his bag hanging in the hotel toilet.  Back we go.    The plane was half empty and we had an empty seat next to us.  Always nice to spread out.  One of our bags was.last off and the carpark bus pulled off as we.got to the stop meaning a 10 minute wait but we were home in good time and I got bags unpacked and washing done without too much effort before bed.

The picture at the end of the corridor in our hotel was another of the series that are all.over the hotel.  Not sure if I mentioned that we shared our room (315) with Fred Astaire this time.(it was Roger Moore in 414 on our last visit)
