Missed me

A very hot parkrun.  

Marion came to spectate after dropping F off for his interrail adventure.  She did.a.fabulous job encouraging us and was.rewarded.with 3 sweaty hugs.

Visited Pa later and arrived as he was eating toast.  I dont enjoy being with his when he eats so suggested I had a look at the garden whilst he finished.  He had other ideas and followed me around much too closely.

When we got back to the patio he pulled up a chair as close as you could be without sharing.  He gifted me some freshly picked flowers, a courgette and tomato plant. Hopefully they will be ok in my garden.
