Bronze

One of my new Dahlias, I love it, apart from its resident visitors, green flies, etc, which I've had to treat with a spray as Ladybirds aren't doing their job ..... but I only use Fairy liquid.

It has been another very hot and humid day with just a few drops of rain, nothing useful. We had a trip into Shrewsbury to collect my clothes order. Most disappointing, but I did come away with a very nice casual outfit, more suitable for cooler days though.

Back home we got stuck into the garden, Mr HB mowed the lawns, and strimmed whilst I titivated and trimmed the edges, followed by loads of watering. We're now both suitably shattered.
