8 today….

My twin grandchildren were 8 today.Time has flown by since they were born. This is the cake my daughter made. I went over after school to give them their presents…micro scooters that will last them a long while as they are adjustable for adults! They are having a sort of party on Sunday with 2 friends each, going to a climbing wall followed by a picnic. 

This morning I went for a swim and then met a friend and we cycled along the river to Ham House and sat there outside the cafe by the nice gardens catching up with news.

Hot again but not quite so hot as yesterday and cooler when cycling as a bit of a breeze.
