A very hot day c 30C

Despite being very hot I needed to go out and do some shopping etc.  When I returned at about 3 pm I took these photos..in my car, my watch and some thermometers we have in the house! 
The indoor/  outdoor which has a sensor hanging outside my bedroom was registering 40.5C as it is in full sun…not very accurate ! It is useful on cold mornings as it does give a temperature that can helps decide what to wear. Indoors it is about 25-28 but we have some aircon units so I have had them on low in one room while watching the tennis and sorting old magazines etc at the dining room table!

I need to go to the allotment later to do watering…but not looking forward to it!
