More work on stuff I had ignored during the last month or so. More stuff that is soon finished. More green ticks looming.

On the way to and from work I stopped at Friedrichstrasse to checkout the latest railway construction site. The construction train was pulled by an old diesel loco built in 1965.

On the way home I also stopped by the ghost house. It apparently has stood empty for the last two decades. Apparently, there is financial support from the state of Berlin and court rulings that would allow for the administration to take over the building. Yet nothing is happening. It's a great shame given the lovely building, the shortage of housing and the climate crises where we should maintain existing buildings. There is a petition asking the local administration to take over the building.
