Formation
I do not know what this type of cloud formation is called. It’s a bit like ridges in sand caused by waves. I’m sure somenecwill inform me.
Whatever it is called is made for an interesting sky as I walked the dog in the early hours. Just a badger and, separately a fox, to keep us company.
Today was overcast and at times with the breeze felt cool. Here’s hoping for warmer sunnier weather in the next few days.
This morning involved shopping, chemist, checking in on friends house and greenhouse while they are away, a garden centre then more weeding and tidying up in between responding to emails and wondering what was going to happen next internationally.
I was too young to be very aware of the Cuban missile crisis. I suspect the risk for our parents then felt even more intense than now. At times I catch myself going about routine daily business then realising just a few thousand miles away bombs and missiles and drones are filling the skies. The cloud formation looked so peaceful.
