Lambs

We went for a walk this morning in case it was too warm this afternoon.  But the max shade temperature is 22ºC, extremely pleasant.  One farming neighbour has sold one of his fields to the other neighbour who owns the Exmoor ponies and polo ponies.  Instead of growing arable, she has left the field in grass, and this morning there were several hundred recently shorn sheep each with two or three well-grown lambs.  They were huddled in the shade but will make quick work of the grass in the field.
