Backblip: Monochrome Outing, Newcastle

We had an evening photographic outing with the camera club, in old Newcastle, with the aim of taking photos which would look good in Monochome as part of our club "Summer School". Naturally we ended up in a pub so it was a bit too late to process my shots immediately, hence this is a backblip.

The main blip (taken in a walkway on the High Level Bridge) included an accidental lighing effect: I was bracketing my exposure because of the difficult lighting and must have moved the camera while the final shot of 3 was being taken, producing the rather dramatic streaks of light.

We were amused by the first extra, with one pigeon guarding the other behind bars! The second extra will, I hope, appeal to blipper isbijg as we found ourselves looking down on some sort of bikers' meeting. And I've added a third of an old light (albeit with modern LEDs inside it).

If I have time this week I may make a Google album in due course.
