It's a tad windy.

I'm not sure what this flower is - a Dahlia?  It's totally in the wrong place as there isn't enough soil on this corner and the roots are too near the surface. It grows very tall and then falls over, but I can't place the stake far enough into the ground to hold it up.   I keep saying I'm going to replant it, but I don't want to kill it off as the flowers are beautiful.  Then the bad weather returns and I forget about it.
