Lupins at da Quee

Drizzle showers first thing, but it cleared into a beautiful sunny day and evening.  A tad breezy at times.  Cloudy tonight.

Another day working on the street beat cleaning.  No cruise ships today, so a slightly easier day, and a chance to wash down Law Lane and Pirate Lane.  They were filming more Shetland drama in Lerwick, the bins outside the chippy is one I changed, claim to fame.  Nipped down to mam's, me and Jonny popped by aunt Joan's, helped with uncle John's new phone.  Big Brian and Madeline popped by for a cuppa when I got home.  Bedtime walkies with Sammy. 

Ah so nice to have a summer's day again, lovely and warm, t-shirt weather.  Good to see not all plants were burned by the gales last week, these lupins looking fantastic in the evening light.   Taken at Da Quee (Quey), Clapphoull, Cunningsburgh.
