St John’s Wort

While I was mowing the lawn this morning I noticed this hypericum, or St John’s Wort, had appeared at the back of the flower bed. Don’t remember planting it but it’s a welcome addition.

We had a swim before lunch then this afternoon took all the garden waste from Saturday’s effort down to the recycling centre.

A very warm Keep Fat session this evening.
