La Limonaia

Another tour. This time of the lemon farm. We’d call it an orchard probably. Sorrento is famous for its sweet and large lemons. These are created by grafting lemon branches onto a bitter orange tree. The tour took all of 30 minutes but we had booked lunch there too. A tasting tray was waiting along with lemon iced water. Much needed. Spaghetti with lemon butter. Lemon granita & of course Limoncello. A walk back to the hotel to pack our cases. Then had booked dinner at Soul & Fish. A lovely end to the week in Sorrento.
