Monday...

...wasn't the busiest. I woke without much energy and had a dreaded dentist appointment to replace a filling. 

Following that I visited my parents before heading back home to help with some laundry and cutting of the lawns, before replacing an end cap to the bargeboards at the end of the ground floor roof. Had cut the wood for this several months ago and painted it ready so the job was pretty straightforward.

Then after a cuppa, your Gal fell into a deep snooze for an hour before Youngest woke her up in time to bring the washing in & make tea.

Come the evening and despite a day of zero caffeine, my head isn't exactly demanding sleep.

As no pictures taken, Blip is a sign spotted yesterday on the Sett Valley Trail. It's nice to be nice. Make someone's day & be nice out there :-)
