Evening Light…..

The winter sunshine lights up the distant hills. The grapevines in the foreground have been pruned whereas the ones in the middle distance are still awaiting attention.
It has been very cold here today. I have felt the cold even more than usual because last night I went down with a bout of viral gastroenteritis. A nasty attack. I felt sooooo cold I resorted to wearing multiple layers and even a woolly hat indoors. Friends Wendy and Jeff came to pick up Ruby and took her for a walk with their two Border Collies. She was so excited to see them. .
