Grasshopper

A common green grasshopper, Omocestus viridulus, on a leaf of lesser rue encountered beside the Fife Coastal Path.

Although this is called a GREEN grasshopper, it also exists as a brown variant and I came across one of those too.  I might add it later as an 'extra'.
