End of the day
And a lovely one it’s been too.
Our early prep was worth the effort as it made for a relaxing day.
Our lunch of prawns to start, an oyster steak pie, with mash, carrots, sprouts, and fine beans went down well. Dessert of a chocolate almond Charlotte was also well received.
Our company was great and we chatted for hours before it was time to say farewell.
Sue is off to the UK on Saturday so it was a good farewell for her too.
