Happy 70th

I remember a time when our group of friends were celebrating their 21st, then their 40th, but how on earth did celebrating a 70th become so common??

Anyway, as ancient as we are, we had a superb afternoon at a traditional Italian Restaurant in celebration of Michele reaching the now familiar age.

The food was superb, the company great, and the banter kept flowing.

What a great way to spend “youth day”, when none of us qualified, but we will still happily take the public holiday tomorrow.
