Sunflower

It has been a dull morning but a sunny afternoon, with a little wind and the temperature has reached 19C.  My Tai Chi class was very busy, and we could do with a larger hall!

I had a scheduled phone appointment with my doctor for Friday, and it was for 10.30am.  He phoned at 8am and I was in the shower.  He didn't phone back.  Today I contacted the surgery and requested a call from him, and it was scheduled for 3.10pm so I came home from Tai Chi rather than going for coffee with the girls after.  And he phoned on time..... and I managed to cut him off!  Senior moment!.  Anyhow, eventually I did get to speak to him and have an appointment to see him physically tomorrow, hope it works out and I don't do something stupid!

I bought some sunflowers on Friday when we did our food shopping and I have been enjoying them since then.  I really love them.
