I'm BACK!

I am sitting here at the cottage in the screened-in porch as the light is fading. The water has calmed down and is almost still. I can hear the Barred Owl calling across the back bay..."Who Cooks For You?"...and the Phoebe calling her name.."Phoebe Phoebe"... The gentle hum of the refrigerator is the only background noise - no traffic, no neighbours playing loud music...no police sirens...The mindfulness app on My Apple Watch just told me, "Take a minute for yourself" heh heh! Good timing for that one! I would have expected "Time to Stand", but methinks even the watch knows it is not the time for that...it is time to sit and relax and be ever so grateful to be here again.
