Father’s Day in the UK

We were invited round to have breakfast with R & S about 10 this morning, great fun. The cats provided some entertainment and Hobbs was found bullying this tiny mole in the back garden. It was only about 7cms long and did well to survive. R rescued it and we took it out to the field behind the house.

We headed home late morning and S came round to build a bench for the work area behind the garage. We have had the wood since last year and just hadn’t done anything with it. Within a few hours the job was done!!! A Father’s Day gift.

It has been a warm day, so plenty of time spent in the garden.
