Still Learning

I drove over to Cromer first thing for a walk. Whilst walking to the cliff path, I heard some birds and spotted several goldfinches after seeds from a patch of weeds. When editing my photos, I realised this one had a speckled breast, I think it might be a juvenile. It did seem to be learning how to get food, and was balancing precariously at times. This afternoon I watched the women's final at Queens - I was so pleased that Tatjana Maria managed to keep her nerve and win the trophy, the biggest win of her career at the age of 37. She plays the traditional grass court game that I like to watch, which bamboozled so many top players who are used to full out slugfests, not touch tennis.
