Feed Your Head (Friday 13th June 2025)
I continued my search for the right chippings for the outbuilding patio, and from online searches the best bet seemed to be B&M in Chippenham. In the morning I walked into Calne for fish and chips that I ate in Pocket Park and did a weekly shop in Sainsbury's.
Then I drove to Chippenham but found B&M did not stock what I was after, but did have some White Spar chippings that I thought would do. While I was there I bought some cans of Hooch and some Hooper's Dandelion and Burdock. I didn't take any pictures.
When I got home I found the new Mojo on the mat, and took a shot of the tracklist of the cover CD to e-mail to someone, the only picture of the day.

Lil Green - Knockin' Myself Out (21 January 1941, Chicago IL)
Lil Green (vcl) with Simeon Henry (pno), Big Bill Broonzy (gtr), Ransom Knowling (string bass)
(played from Feed Your Head! The Second Course - 15 Mind-Altering Classics, the drug-related Mojo cover CD on the new issue)
Lil Green (22 December 1919 -- 14 April 1954) was an American blues singer and songwriter. Originally named Lillian Green, she was born in Mississippi; after the early deaths of her parents, she went to Chicago IL, where she began performing in her teens and where she would make all of her recordings.
As well as performing in Chicago clubs, Green toured with Tiny Bradshaw and other bands, but never really broke away from the black theatre circuit.
Although Green signed with Atlantic Records in 1951, she was already in poor health. She died in Chicago in 1954 of pneumonia, at the age of 34, and is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery in Gary IN.
