Sunday

After watching our usual morning TV show on Sunday Morning we decided to do a quarter circuit of the river and stop at the River Cafe for a coffee. It was closed so we walked along to the bridge and back which was 500m longer for me. After that we decided to drive out to see Leo for his birthday and give him his gifts (chocolates and cash for a new fishing rod he was saving for). By that time it had started to drizzle and the nice sunny morning disappeared. 

The family was going to lunch at Leo’s request so we were invited to go along. I had pizza and Bob had southern fried chicken. The good thing is we don't need to cook dinner tonight. I really didn’t do much else so it was a nice easy day. 

The River is the Macquarie (Wambuul in local Aboriginal language).
