A hint of pink…

… in the evening sky. 

I have done heaps today but no photos so I popped out to see what was happening in the great outdoors. We had a cool sunny day, nice. 

Did a PB on my solo walk (12 seconds faster than yesterday). Not much different but I managed to go on my own. The main thing I did different today was I did about 10 minutes on the piano. It was too uncomfortable to sit before my op  (or too hot or too cold) so I put the air conditioner on and made it happen. I worked on an easy piece but it had a tricky rhythm. I needed to count as you do when learning. 

Last night I finished my Emmy Lake series of books but there is a new one coming out next month. I have the library chasing it up for me. Next  to be read is the last of the Sara Foster books the library got on an interlibrary loan. I will blip it in the next few days

Happy birthday to Leo. He is 14 today and requested a steak for breakfast. Ha ha. Typical growing boy. He is taller than me now. 

Thinking of my friends in the US this weekend, sounds like a lot is happening over there, much of it not good news.
