Balsam Bashing

The Green Action Group (all three of us!) spent a couple of hours in Deepcliff this afternoon bashing the Himalayan Balsam, a non-native, invasive plant which clogs the waterways.  We were having something of an informal competition to see who could find the biggest plant and I'm pretty sure Adam won first prize.

The morning was passed at Parkrun followed by photo processing.  Thankfully, the predicted rain only arrived as we headed home from the park.
