Artist Talk

Today I went to an event at Heligan. Lots of different speakers but I chose to watch/listen to one of my favourite artists, Kurt Jackson. He spoke for an hour about trees - oak trees mainly. You wouldn’t think it’s possible to do that! - but it wasn’t boring at all. Seating was on hay bales, in a big tent.

Spoiling my day before I left was a letter giving me an appointment for a kidney biopsy. The last consultant I saw said I didn’t need the biopsy. So why have they sent me an appointment? Hospital admin people don’t work at weekends so I’ll have to wait until Monday to phone them to find out what’s happening (or not!). I have no confidence in this hospital now .
