Commute route

Up early after fragmented sleep owing to an ambulance arriving at 4.30am for my elderly neighbour, and into town for a 9am meeting with railway people.  It was a good meeting though.  Powered through the day helping my assistant learn the ropes with some research and presentation work, and spent the afternoon basically writing e-mails, with a brief hello to Random Colleague.

In the end I worked an hour more than I needed to, ran out of brain, and was glad to head home in warm sunshine again, rest my legs, and have the rest of yesterday's stir fry for tea, which was yummy.
