Klimt? In Porto?
No connection whatsoever however we did go along to the Immersive experience combined with Monet. Very clever illumination of the cellars of an old custom hall. The effects were incredible with a soundtrack of music however no explanations so was slightly limited. N wasn’t quite as impressed.
Cloudier day which helped make the walking more pleasurable as yesterday was a tad sticky.
Wandered through the cobbled streets. Another great recommendation for lunch at Nicolau with the best lemon curd pavlova which I shall fantasise over for years to come.
Decided to check out the beach at Matosinhos via an Uber only £6! Found a spot. Promptly fell asleep only to be work up 20 minutes later to a massive thunderclap and big solid hes of rain. The whole beach population made a run for it and was cleared within five minutes flat. Sheltered under a tree until another Uber rescused us and took us back.
Went back to the same tapas bar as last night as couldn’t resist a rematch. This time added in a prawn omelette which was devious and a few free ports
